About this product

A compost pail stays welcome on the counter only while its filter is working, which is why these OGGI Charcoal Filters come as a set of two. The charcoal absorbs the odours that rise from peelings, coffee grounds and trimmings, so the bin can stay beside the chopping board instead of being exiled under the sink. They are shaped to fit inside the lid of OGGI's indoor compost bin, made specifically for the OGGI compost pails numbered 7320 and 7700, so there is no trimming or improvising. Replacement every two to three months keeps the kitchen smelling fresh, and a pair means one is in use while the spare waits, which is usually the difference between changing a filter on time and putting it off.
